Originally established in 1959 as a manufacturer of electrical and electronic goods, Lakhani Industries evolved through decades of industrial progress. In 2017, the company was acquired by visionary industrialist Bhanupratap Lakhani, who restructured its focus toward modern sectors.

After his passing, leadership was handed over to his daughter, Leena Lakhani, who revitalized the brand into a modern enterprise. Now headquartered in Bangalore, Lakhani Industries specializes in fabric manufacturing (textiles) and construction interior design, working exclusively with multinational brands on a B2B model.
